speak up for mental health
Maybe you have a question, “What symptoms did you experience during a panic attack?” “What are a few things I can do to relieve my anxiety?” “My sister has anxiety, what do I do to help”
Here you can post and I will reply the best I can.
Do you have something you want to share? As I have become older, I internalise little these days. Sure, it took me years to realise I wasn’t alone, and that it was okay – not to feel okay. The more I spoke about my experiences with anxiety, the more I would notice others opening up about how they were truly feeling.
it is an odd paradox that a society, which can now speak openly and unabashedly about topics that were once unspeakable, still remains largely silent when it comes to mental illness

Darling Kat. I’m so sad that you suffer so. To think of the times I have stayed with you and you have been wonderful in so many ways. I had no idea you were plagued with anxiety so you certainly hid it well. From your blog you seem to know what exacerbates the problem and are constantly working on ways to alleviate such debilitating symptoms. Remember also meditation and breathing are extremely useful. I have several friends who suffer so yes there is a lot of anxiety out there and they deal with it in various ways. Im glad you love getting out into nature as that also must be very healing for you. You are an awesome person so friendly, kind, generous, talented and loving. That to me is the best kind of person in this world so don’t think you need to be any different and most important don’t compare yourself to others. Sending lots of love. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for your kind words Glenys!
yes, I’m very good as showing little emotions of anxiety when anyone is around. These last 6 months have been a really big learning curve for me, and I continue to find new ways to help myself. Meditation and breathing techniques are my number 1 go to. xo
This is awesome cousin miss you heaps and I’m heaps proud of you for doing something so amazing and sharing personal struggles, triumphs, hopes, fears and all the things that help so many others (all your blog followers) to empathise and understand the struggles of mental health and definitely helps people become more mindfull of their own mental health and those close to them. I’m heaps happy for your new venture and will support you all the way 🙂 if U ever want positive songs or lil acoustic tunes to post and stuff I am always keen xxxx love you couzz
